Clover

is a floral gin from Kalmthout from the three sisters Nanouck, Charlotte and Ann-Sophie. Clover is pleasantly accessible and is surprisingly easy to drink. The botanicals used include: juniper berry, clover, cardamom, lavender, coriander seeds, black pepper and pear. The last ingredient gives the gin a soft and pleasant character, making it very accessible.
